ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website , HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK This Tender is for the Repainting of existing longitudinal pavement markings for centre, lane, edge and turn lanes as set out in Appendix A - RFT Particulars (the “Deliverables”). DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of $150,000.00 the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. Bids received that do not include a bid deposit in a form acceptable to the Region shall be deemed noncompliant and shall be rejected. Questions related to this Request for Tender (RFT) shall be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the ‘Submit a Question’ button.
