Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes but not limited to the provision of Green Roof Plant Maintenance at three Regional Facilities, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

MEETING: A Bidder Meeting will be held on August 27, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. Refer to the RFT documents.

MANADATORY REQUIREMENT(S):

• BID DEPOSIT
  Bidders shall submit a bid deposit in the amount of twenty thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) to act as security for the satisfaction of the conditions of award listed in Part C of Appendix A (RFT Particulars). The bid deposit shall be submitted via Electronic Funds Transfer (“EFT”) or wire transfer. Refer to Section C.1 of the RFT Particulars (Appendix A)
