BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - For the replacement of a bridge on Kennedy Road (Y.R. 3), 1.6 km north of Mount Albert Road (Y.R. 36) in the Town of East Gwillimbury The following is a list of pre-qualified contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFPQ-879-22
Any Bids received from Bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration. The following is a list of pre-qualified Sub-contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. PQ-20-156. The sensitive habitat restoration portion of the Deliverables under Items G11, S003 and S056, including but not limited to all channel work, temporary flow passage, sediment and erosion control, construction staging and restoration of the watercourse and riparian areas, must be completed by one of the following sensitive habitat restoration subcontractors prequalified under Request for Prequalification No. PQ-20-156:
DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of $250,000.00 and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Appendix E and F. CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration.
