This EOI is being advertised on the Region's bidding system at http://york.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding Website”). Respondents will be able to download the EOI documents and addenda directly from the Bidding Website if they have a vendor account. If respondents do not have a vendor account, they should contact the Region's Purchasing Representative at lucia.apted@york.ca to advise that they wish to respond to EOI-1753-24 and obtain copies of the EOI documents and addenda. The Region will ONLY accept EMAIL SUBMISSIONS submitted to lucia.apted@york.ca for this EOI. ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS AND HARD COPY SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
